BOULEVARD TRANSFORMATION

This whole-home remodel in Edina was one of the most meaningful and complex projects we've taken on. The scope touched every corner of the house - three existing bathrooms remodeled and two brand new ones added, a full main floor overhaul, and a complete basement renovation. Massive structural work made it all possible, including the installation of a 30-foot steel I-beam to open up the kitchen and create the flowing, connected floor plan the family had always wanted. Navigating the structural complexity of a home that had been added onto three separate times over the years made this one a true puzzle - and one we're proud to say we solved beautifully.

 

At the heart of this project was a family, and we never lost sight of that. With a disabled child in the home, we designed a dedicated caretaker en-suite and made the bedroom, bathroom, and mudroom more accessible and easier to navigate - details that make an enormous difference in daily life. The primary suite is a showstopper: a custom closet organizer system, a reimagined layout, a gorgeous custom shower, a soaking tub, and a hand-built vanity that feels like it belongs in a boutique hotel. This is exactly why we do what we do - creating spaces that are as functional and thoughtful as they are beautiful.
