RENOVATION

Nestled on the shores of Lotus Lake, this beautiful home belonged to a young family - complete with a lovable oversized dog - who were ready to make their space truly their own. We tackled the primary bathroom with a complete remodel and added smart storage solutions to the bedroom. The kitchen received a fresh facelift with new countertops, sink, backsplash, lighting, and the floors were refinished to match. The mudroom was outfitted with all-new cabinetry, and throughout the home, every staircase received new carpet runners that added warmth and a polished finishing touch.
 

Downstairs, we had a little extra fun - building out a wine cellar closet and sprucing up the bar area with pendant lights and under-cabinet lighting that gave the basement a cozy, elevated feel. This project was a great reminder of what we love most about our work: helping a family settle into a home that fits their life perfectly, from the mudroom where the dog tracks in after a swim, all the way down to the bar where they can unwind at the end of the day.
