This spacious 1990s home had all the square footage this large family needed, but the existing layout wasn't working efficiently for their busy household with multiple children. Our design solution featured two strategically placed kitchen islands, creating abundant workspace for meal preparation while providing dedicated areas where kids could gather for snacks, homework, or family activities. The kitchen showcases beautiful quartz countertops paired with an elegant combination of quartz and tile backsplashes that add both durability and visual appeal. Thoughtful details like floating shelves for display and storage, a stunning porcelain hood surround, and practical larder drawers maximize both function and style. Rich hardwood flooring throughout the space ties everything together, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. This renovation successfully transformed an underutilized space into a highly functional family command center that accommodates the needs of parents and children alike.
