This Dellwood home called for a full main floor transformation. The kitchen received a complete remodel, and we designed a dedicated library and study area for the kids - a space built for curiosity and homework in equal measure. A sleek powder bath, a custom mudroom, and a laundry refresh rounded out the functional spaces, and our personal favorite addition: a "mom control center" that gives the heart of the household exactly what she needs to keep everything running smoothly. Painting the existing woodwork throughout brought in light and made the whole floor feel fresh and cohesive.
