MINNETONKA MAIN LEVEL

This 1970s Minnetonka home had incredible bones and homeowners with impeccable taste to match. Partnering with Revival House design, we took on this ambitious project - starting with significant structural work to remove the dining room walls and open up the floor plan entirely. The heart of the transformation was a full kitchen remodel featuring the longest island we've ever built, complete with an integrated bar, a hidden pantry, and a cleverly concealed mudroom and laundry. New hardwood floors flowed throughout, the stair rails were updated, and a stunning new fireplace surround with a salvaged mantle gave the main living space real soul.

No detail was overlooked on the exterior either - the entire home received new siding, giving it a crisp, refreshed curb appeal to match the beautiful work inside. A lovely powder room remodel rounded out the project. This one was a true collaboration from start to finish, and the result is a home that feels both timeless and completely current - a perfect blend of the character you'd expect from a 70s build and the open, functional flow that modern families love.
